Snap Permits started with a simple frustration: the site investigation work behind a commercial permit takes days of digging through municipal records, and most of it is the same lookups every time.

We built a tool that does the digging and shows its work. Every field in a report points back to the record it came from, so the people who know better than any software, the licensed professionals reviewing and stamping the work, can verify in seconds instead of starting from a blank page.

We are starting in Dallas, where we live, and expanding across Texas from there.
